Creativity is part of the basic ground of the Universe. Somehow, some way, miraculously, new things emerge. I say out of Emptiness but you can call that creative ground whatever you want. Some would call it God or Goddess, or Tao, or Braham or Keter or Rigpen or Dharmakaya or Maat or Liu.
